Tucked away in the bustling Hyde Park Village shopping district of South Tampa, Bouzy is a modern-day champagne bar with hints to an art-deco past. A private dining room, speak-easy style, offers an upscale hide-away to those “in the know”. The design in the bar is bright, clean and contemporary with classic finishes, installed with a sophisticated, modern twist. The main bar has a thick marbled quartz bar top, a concave walnut tambour front, and brass accents. Overhead, a custom fluted glass and metal internally lit shelving system serves a dual purpose of storage and lighting. Arched antique mirrors, a bold geometric floor, bubble glass lighting installations, floor-to-ceiling velvet drapery and curved, custom millwork details bring the space to life. The private dining space, wrapped in golden velvet wall paneling, antique mirrors and brass lighting, emits a warm glow. A custom decorative metal gate delineates the space flanked by built-in booth seating. The space which is anchored by a back-lit champagne cellar.
